You get a chance to try Scouting.

Join the New Birth of Freedom Council at Capital City Mall on Sunday, September 27, for a free, hands-on introduction to Scouting for boys, girls and their families.

Build a LEGO derby car and race it down a Pinewood Derby track. Already a Scout? Bring your latest Pinewood Derby car and put it back on the track.

Then keep exploring. Meet local Cub Scout Packs and try their activities. Step inside a Scout campsite. Visit with older Scouts and learn practical Scout skills—from first aid to lashings and more.

Whether your family is already part of Scouting or simply curious about what Scouts actually do, stop by and join the fun.
